Air Supported Structure

Airbrother air supported structure (also called air dome, inflatable dome) is a building made of special structure membrane, PVDF, which has long service life (more than 15 years), strong weather proof. The structure is supported by air from blower sets.

It can be used in sports arenas, amphitheaters, waste management facilities, exhibition domes, storage buildings, mobile and utility structures, aircraft hangers, space frame systems, custom canopies and industrial process enclosures.

Airbrother has a intelligent air control system to control and detect the air pressure of building. This automatic intelligent air control system, integrating air supply system/ air condition system/ air pressure regulating system/ outdoor environmental monitoring system, comes true unattended overall intelligent control. This system can real-time monitor external temperature and wind, and also regulate internal air pressure and temperature. In this way, air supply system can work properly to keep the structure stable under any external load. The system is equipped with a spare generator to ensure normal running in case of emergent power outage.

Airbrother air supported structure has the patent on the connection system of foundation and film. The film and foundation is connected by strong angle steel beam anchor system. Angle steel beam clamp the film edge to fasten the edge rope, and then fix with screw bolt. The strength comes from the edge rope and beam.

Another special system of Airbrother is access control system. According to the usage of the building, we can adopt revolving door or air-lock door. Revolving door and air-lock door are specially customized using high strength materials to ensure durability and excellent airtightness. Air-lock door, using automatic electromagnetic closing device, can prevent air leakage effectively. According to the national safety standard, the emergency light devices and also equipped onto the emergency door.
