Sport Dome

Inflatable sport dome is a widely accepted structure for sports, such as soccer, tennis, golf, basketball, volleyball, badminton and so on. Airbrother has more than 10 years sport dome manufacturer experience in China, every year, we produce more than 40,000sq.m air dome for domestic and international market.

Comparing with the traditional structure, inflatable sport dome has below advantage:

1. Long span.

The building can reach more than 100 meters long-span easily without any frame support, the maximum is 150m, which can supply max space utilization.

2. Lower cost.

Take single layer film dome for example, its construction, transport, installation costs are all lower than normal steel building, the total cost is about 30% of traditional structure.

3. Shorten construction period.

In Nov. of 2017, Airbrother produced a sport dome of 10,000 sq.m, like the below photo, from the day received deposit, to finished installation and acceptance check, it took us 50 work days total. 



4. Low maintenance cost.

All of our sport dome materials are self-cleaning, it looks the same as new after 10 years.



FAQ:

1. How long is the warranty for your sport dome? How long is the service life?

AB: For membrane body, our warranty is 10 years, within this period, we are responsibility for all quality problem. The Airbrother sport dome’s service life is more than 20 years.

2. What’s your standard accessories?

AB: One standard set of Airbrother sport dome includes: membrane body, access control system (revolving door or door tunnel/ air-lock door, safety door), central control system (intelligent center air control system and air supply system), illumination system, anchor system and installation parts.

3. What’s your production capacity?

AB: we have a large 60m length of high frequency welding machine and more than 10 sets of small machines, every month, we can produce more than 7,000 sq.m inflatable sport dome.
